The representative was friendly and courteous, but didn't seem to know why he had been sent. I don't know what he reported, but he was informed by the electrician that the eater was damaged because of a power surge that friend the breaker

Andrew arrived on time and was very professional. He snaked every possible point of clogging in the plumbing to resolve the issue. The only possible could be he did not deffinitively find a clogging point, so may have to come back and disconnect some pipes to locate it if i have another overflow incident
